3 Steps
The problem of buying land here in Africa is that the land is usually in a community where there is no complete development plan. This leads to communities with no roads, no lights, and partially developed communities with new homes setting next to empty lots. We are going to use the co-op model to build our community. We are looking for real estate developers who are interested in assisting in a complete community build.

We want to have an industrial complex where we can create products to meet our community comsumption needs.
Green House
A greenhouse is a structure with walls and roof made chiefly of transparent material, such as glass, in which plants requiring regulated climatic conditions are grown. These structures range in size from small sheds to industrial-sized buildings. A miniature greenhouse is known as a cold frame
Community Club House
Community Clubs (CCs) are common spaces for people to come together, build friendships and promote social bonding. CCs also connect residents and the Government by providing relevant information and gathering feedback on community concerns and policies.

Renewable energy is energy that is collected from renewable resources, which are naturally replenished on a human timescale, such as sunlight, wind, rain, tides, waves, and geothermal heat
