Our classrooms will cater to the K - 12 curriculum for our permanent residence. This curriculum will consist or general education ie Math, Science, and History. With classes also being offer for trades relevant to the needs of the resort i.e. management, hospitality and land development domestic and international business.

We will also have courses on sustainability. Our greenhouse solar and wind energy projects will need qualified personnel to maintain it. We will offer these classes for residence who are interesed in working in this area.
