About Dial-a-Dumpster

Kwesi Boyd Lawsuit against B.A.G. (Black Acres of The Gambia), Ricky Umsamba, and Cynthis Umsamba regarding a video they made spreading false information and defaming character.

We were marketing our company, a Bed, and Breakfast, located in Kerr Serign, on their youtube channel. B.A.G. Family has an extensive youtube network of 55k subscribers, and we paid (2000) to run 4 video ads on their platform.

They told the public that some sent them an email stating two things,.

1) That Elvin Sloan (proprietor) and I scammed the property owner by violating the lease agreement not to sublet. There was never an agreement, and the property owner was fully aware of our property usage.

And

2) that we scammed a guest and their son out of $1500

This guest was a silent investor who was paid in full and went into a jealous rage and sent this email to The B.A.G. Family, who indiscriminately shared this false information on youtube.
